NAPF consulted widely with members and discussed proposals at our Retirement Policy Council, in our 2012 Regulations Working Group and in workshops which involved NAPF members, the DWP, the Pensions Regulator and PADA. NAPF discussions have included employers operating all types of trust and contract-based workplace pensions.
