TPR future of trusteeship and governance: PLSA response

In Summer 2019, TPR consulted on the next stage of its 21st Century Trusteeship campaign, highlighting a number of areas it was looking to scrutinise more closely including: Trustee Knowledge and Understanding (TKU); trustee board diversity; the role of professional and sole trustees; and barriers to winding up and consolidation.

The PLSA undertook extensive engagement with the full breadth of its membership in formulating our response.
