The Government has published a supplementary document Restricting pensions tax relief through existing allowances: response to the consultation on draft legislation to explain what amendments have been made to the legislation and associated HMRC guidance.  This document also sets out the Government’s position on the application of the tax policy in a number of particular circumstances.
