Retirement Outcomes Review: Proposed changes to our rules and guidance, PLSA response

The FCA has published the final findings of it's Retirement Outcomes Review, which looks at how the retirement income market is evolving since the pension freedoms were introduced in April 2015, and sets out a package of proposed remedies to address the concerns identified.

The PLSA supports the FCA’s proposed remedy package, subject to some comments outlined in this response.
