Pensions Review – PLSA response to call for evidence

The Pensions Investment Review: Call for Evidence has asked for input on the Government’s first phase of the review which focusses on encouraging further pension investment into UK assets, consolidation of DC schemes, actions in relation to the Local Government Pension Scheme, and value rather than cost in investments.

Our response supports the objective of consolidation on a voluntary basis and of increased investment by pension funds in the UK. The latter will require steps by the government and others to make UK investments more attractive.
