Mandatory climate-related financial disclosures by publicly quoted companies, large private companies and LLPs – PLSA Response

The Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy have proposed extending mandatory TCFD reporting to larger listed companies. The PLSA supports this move, which is in keeping with the recommendations made in our 2020 report "A Changing Climate".

In this response we also note our support for the requirement to apply to all listed companies, and for the requirements to be set out on a statutory basis.
