The NAPF has responded to the Department for Business Innovation and Skills' consultation, The Future of Narrative Reporting: Consulting on a new framework. The NAPF generally agrees with the proposals in the consultation and, in particular, we wish to highlight the importance of clearly reporting information that is relevant and material to the company and its shareholders; the importance of having information (both current and historical) that is easy to access; and the need for improved reporting on executive remuneration.
