The NAPF has proposed reform of the state pension into a simple ‘Foundation Pension’. The NAPF believes this would have significant advantages over the current system, which has been characterised as overly complicated by many pensions commentators. The PPI report provides an independent, evidence-based assessment of the NAPF proposals.
