PLSA response: Consultation on clarifying trustees’ investment duties (including on ESG and stewardship)

The PLSA has responded to the Department for Work and Pensions’ consultation on its draft Occupational Pension Schemes (Investment and Disclosure) (Amendment) Regulations 2018. These Regulations aim at clarifying trustees’ duties regarding ESG (environmental, social and governance) investment and stewardship, amongst other issues.
