CMA Remedies Order 2019: PLSA response

In December 2018, the CMA proposed a series of remedies for the supply and demand side of the market for investment consultancy and fiduciary management services. The Order is intended to give effect to the remedies proposed in that paper. The PLSA responded on the legal drafting, including highlighting areas where the Order did not seem to capture the original policy intent.
