CDC multi-employer draft regulations: PLSA response

This is the PLSA’s response to the DWP’s consultation on draft regulations for multi-employer CDC schemes. The regulations set a high bar for authorisation, which we support; if trust is to develop in this model, it is right that only well-designed schemes which last over the longer term become authorised.
