The Association’s response to the Financial Reporting Council’s draft strategy 2016/17 highlights the importance of human capital metrics, such as staff turnover and employee satisfaction, to understanding corporate culture. The response also suggests that the FRC should consider measures beyond asset owners satisfaction with their asset managers when assessing the quality of investment stewardship in the UK.
