GMPs on the agenda for first ‘Peer-to-Peer’ meeting
29 January 2021, News
GMPs, scheme consolidation and ESG were all highlighted as key issues for closed DB schemes at the PLSA’s first ‘Peer-to-Peer’ meeting.
This is a new series of small meetings where Fund Members from similar types of scheme talk to each other about the issues on their to-do lists, with this first occasion attended by three managers from closed DB schemes.
These small-scale, private meetings give PLSA members an opportunity to hear how their counterparts are tackling common challenges and to exchange insights on best practice.
We aim to run one Peer-to-Peer meeting every month, with future editions set to cater for admin managers in local authority funds (on 23 February), managers at small or medium-sized trust-based DC schemes and trustee Chairs – to name a few.
