Introducing the new PLSA member area and community

The PLSA member area is the new place to bring the industry together and provide PLSA members with practical information and the chance to connect with each other.
Log in to benefit from:
- An online community so you can share experiences and solve challenges wherever you are, together.
- A range of exclusive PLSA member resources, including new content, videos, live Q&As, articles on our policy work and the latest insights from across pensions, tailored to meet your needs and interests. The member area will also be the home for popular content such as Made Simple Guides, our webinar library, and templates.
- Opportunities to interact directly with the PLSA team and have your questions answered.
As we launch this new member benefit, we are inviting members in tranches to log in. Look out for your email coming soon.
How to access the member area
To access this benefit, you need an online account with the PLSA.
If you have booked onto a PLSA event or paid a membership invoice in your current role, you should already have an account. Just click ‘LOGIN’ on our website to sign in, and then click ‘MEMBERS’ when you are redirected back to the PLSA home page. If you need to reset your password, click ‘Forgot password?’ when you see the login page.
If you don’t have an account, click ‘LOGIN’ and then ‘Create Account’, which will take you to the sign-up process.
You can also navigate directly to the member area with the URL https://members.plsa.co.uk.
Clicking ‘Member Login’ on the banner will take you through the same process.
Navigating the member area
Once logged in, you will see a homepage feed with a familiar layout. Scroll down to see the latest content relevant to you, which will become personalised as you interact with the area.
Click your account profile on the left to update it.
To access community discussion, choose Communities from the menu at the top of the page. PLSA member content can be found under Resources. The Popular Search Topics menu brings together content and community discussion under DB, DC, LGPS and Adequacy.
