New Director of Policy at NAPF

The NAPF has appointed Darren Philp as its new Director of Policy.

Darren is currently Team Leader of the Pensions and Pensioners team at HM Treasury, and will be taking up his new role with the NAPF on November 8th.

At HMT he has been working on pensions policy - including NEST, pensions tax and regulation - for over three years. Previously at HMT he worked on general insurance and European issues.

At the NAPF he will lead a team of policy specialists and a senior researcher to help generate the best possible conditions for workplace pensions in the UK.
